COURSE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of Leadership is to stand as the source of a transformed world by taking the tools and insights you learned in Discovery and Breakthrough to create extraordinary results in your life.
Level 3: The Leadership Training is an intensive three-month curriculum that is designed to create a high level of commitment to building lifelong habits that will support you in creating extraordinary results in your life.
What separates Leadership from Discovery and Breakthrough is tangible results. You will be coached and guided to set clear and specific goals in your personal and professional life. You will be challenged to make bold declarations and be held accountable to follow through and execute.
As a leader, you will also be trained in the art of enrollment – learning how to inspire and evoke the visions and dreams of other people and empowering them to take committed action to make it a reality.
This three-month experience includes three separate training weekends, ongoing one-on-one life coaching, small and large group coaching, practicing the art of enrollment, a personal strategic plan and community focused activities. Dress is business casual.

TUITION
Elevate Training Academy's core curriculum is structured into three distinct levels. Tuition covers Levels 1 and 2, while Level 3 is offered on an invitation basis, dependent upon performance in the first two levels.
